17 Week Competitive Fitness Program -
Customized competition exercise regimen created for athlete’s personal goals utilizing at-home training equipment or fitness facility. Program is personalized based upon current schedule, restrictions, competitive division, intense strength training and conditioning routine. Program advances every 4 weeks to minimize physical plateaus and to maximize individual’s results. Monthly Weigh-ins: Online or by appointment. Weekly Check-ins by email. Duration: 4 Months plus 1 Additional week for water displacement program. Customized Dietary and Supplementation Regimen created for target competition date. Program is personalized based upon current schedule, dietary flexibility, competitive division, current physique measurements, body fat, and lean body mass analysis. Program also includes a “POST COMPETITION” Recovery, Replenish, and Balance Program. This will help create and keep a healthy balance as you approach back into your everyday “Lifestyle” and regimen.
