  Personal Performance creates customized training and nutrition programs for LIFESTYLE and COMPETITIVE clients that evolve every four weeks to enhance your physique to your greatest potential and to minimize any potential plateauing that could occur. We welcome you to our team of achievers whether you are interested in becoming a LIFESTYLE client, looking to become healthy and lead a balanced and active lifestyle, or if you are interested in a targeted competition date and enlist in our signature PRO-STATUS Customized Competition Prep Training and Nutrition Program. We create, but are not limited to Lifestyle and Competition Prep programs, as many of our clients train for marathons, police academy training, various sports, short-term and long-term goals. Personal Performance is educated in a wide variety of nutritional approaches such as Vegan, Vegetarian, Pescatarian, Gluten-Free, Dairy-Free, and any other dietary limitations due to allergies and/or personal preferences. We have various different programs to offer you in order to fit all of your personal health/fitness needs, wants, and goals.

   Personal Performance clients have mandatory check-in's via email twice a week on Sundays and Wednesdays. The purpose of the twice a week check-in's are to always keep an open dialog with your Personal Performance Online Coaches. In these emails, a brief description on a client's weekly progress is greatly appreciated. Personal Performance's clients weigh in every four weeks. For our local clients, you have the option to set up weigh-in appointments in person. For our non-local clients, weigh-ins will be via email. During your Personal Performance four week weigh-ins, client's weight and measurements are documented to gauge progress. Personal Performance strives to keep close contact with each of our clients throughout your entire journey of your program.

  Nutrition is just as important as your training, many do not understand this. Utilizing both training and nutrition together will best create the healthy and toned physique that you aspire to have. The body gets used to routines as you perform them repeatedly and will eventually hit plateaus if you don't change your routine every so often. That is why in our system, we change and advance your program every four weeks to always keep your body guessing. Personal Performance aims for maximum results and minimum plateauing.

   When creating programs, Personal Performance considers each client's age, body make-up, height, weight, body fat %, work, school, and sleep schedules, allergies, limitations and/or ailments if any, food preferences, goals, etc. Personal Performance wants you to feel confident and comfortable through this lifestyle transition and never to dread any part of it. It is to live a better quality of life and we are extremely passionate about what we do and of course creating your results!! Your success is ours, and we are confident that when utilizing our system, there is a 100% success rate when 100% effort is put forth. Our system works, it is plain and simple.

We take a lot of pride and passion in Personal Performance and strive to be the best and for the best with all of our clients. The majority of our programs and services that we have to offer are online personal training. Personal Performance creates a completely tailored and customized training and nutrition program for you. Everything from when you wake up to when you go to sleep is laid out for you. To get started you will first fill out a Personal Performance Profile. This will help us get to know you better as an individual. The more information you provide, the better we can customize the program to fit you and all of your needs.

My first time training, my trainer gave me a basic outline which didn't help as much because it didn't give me a good breakdown of everything. I loved having the detailed workouts with each exercise and how to pair up supersets or monster sets, as well as, being given the number of reps and adjustments for pyramid sets or drop sets.
