Customized exercise, nutrition, and supplementation regimen created for client’s personal goals utilizing at-home training equipment or fitness facility. Program is personalized based upon current goals, schedule, restrictions, current level of activity (beginner or advanced), dietary flexibility, level of activity, current physique measurements, body fat, lean body mass analysis, and utilizing product innovation in supplementation. Program advances every 4 weeks to minimize physical plateaus and to maximize individual’s results. Monthly Weigh-ins: Online or by appointment. Duration: 3 Months
